External quality assurers (EQAs)

Are you interested in helping us monitor the quality of assessments delivered by City & Guilds centres?

If so a role as an External Quality Assurer (EQA) may be for you.

External Quality Assurers provide our centres with guidance, support and current industry expertise to ensure our qualifications are delivered in line with our regulatory requirements. EQAs are contracted on an annual basis and are not employed by the City & Guilds Group.

The EQA role is both a challenging and rewarding experience. You will maintain effective working relationships with allocated centres and City & Guilds. This is a great opportunity to be able to use your expertise to provide advice and support to new and existing centres, planning and monitoring quality assurance in line with City & Guilds policies and procedures.
