  • Application process

      Step 1 – Application & CV

For us to understand whether you’ll be a good fit for the role we’ll ask you some questions about yourself and ask you to upload a copy of your most recent CV. We understand that this can always be a bit daunting but remember, apprenticeships are all about you learning how to do a new role so we’re not expecting to you to have loads of experience in the role we just want to get to know you a bit better.

      Step 2 - Game-based Assessment

Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll send you a link to complete an online game-based assessment which you can complete on your phone. It’s really easy and pretty fun, so no need to think too much about it, just play away. At the end of the game you’ll receive a report which shows you your strengths and areas for development.

Step 3 – Assessment Centre & Face to Face Interview

After you complete the game we’ll be in touch to let you know how you have done and if we would like to see you at our assessment day. This will include a group exercise as well as an interview with a senior manager and an HR representative.
